翁添保老师以幽默、生动的画笔加上校园生活元素，“自编自导”了他的生活四格漫画作品《又是这一班》。他善于观察孩子们的言行举止和思维，作品内容不但生活化，而且风趣幽默而不低俗、叫人笑了之后有所反思 。 翁老师画笔下的生活趣事，都是我们日常所遇到，所熟悉的。他也常在作品中反映教育的实况，其笔调也往往是画中有笑、笑中有话。
此外，翁老师认为，《又是这一班》受家长欢迎，也是因为漫画也可用来辅助学生学习华文，让华文学习变得更为生动，也让平时不爱看华文书的小学生也看华文书了。
